A facilities manager picking a cleaning vendor is really asking one question: will these people show up, every time, without me having to check? So the identity and the site both had to feel more established and more careful than a typical local cleaning company.
An identity that reads as infrastructure
The mark and palette lean corporate blue on purpose, instead of the bright greens most cleaning brands default to. It feels closer to a facilities partner than a household service, and that one decision set the tone for everything the site did after.
Primary mark
Six services, one clear ask
Office, Window, Carpet, Industrial, Janitorial and Overnight cleaning each get their own card and their own Book Service button, so a facilities manager scanning quickly finds their exact need instead of a generic cleaning pitch.
Process before pricing
Before it asks for a booking, the site walks through how the work actually happens: Schedule, Inspection, Expert Cleaning, Convenient Delivery. Trust gets built before the ask, the same way a good sales conversation would do it.
The outcome
A live site for a Miami commercial cleaning company, with service-specific contact forms and a newsletter signup that keeps leads warm until they're ready to book.
Tell me what you're building. I'll ask why.
